Authors can submit in any format i.e single column or double column with authors details included. Once paper is accepted, author need to send their manuscript in CRC format along with scan copy of copyright form.
Authors are responsible for the content of the paper. If later found any problem like plagiarism than paper is withdrawn.
In any case, the decision of Editor is final.
Authors are notified by email about paper acceptance or rejection.
If author fail to submit CRC copy within specified deadline, then the paper is consider to be withdrawn. Same apply for registration process.
As we support green project, we publish all papers online only.
Authors can submit their manuscript which was submitted to other conference/journal. However, once paper is accepted, author need to sign copyright form.
After publishing paper, later if we found the same paper published at other conference/journal than paper from IJCES is withdrawn and any fee paid is not given back.
The authors must have to submit their paper (Final PDF file with page number, journal details etc.) in ArXiv, eprint etc. free online repository.
Important : As we have received comments from many reviewers regarding lack of literature survey and less references. Therefore, authors must have at least 30 references (containing at least 5 references from last two years) for publishing.
